All orders ship from San Diego, CA, within 3 business days (excluding wholesale orders). Usually our fulfillment is faster, we are often able to ship your order the same day it is placed! 

Once your order has been dropped off by USPS, it will arrive based on the shipping method selected at checkout.  

Returns are only accepted for Kindle Cases and Kindle Charms. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. Returns are only accepted for e-reader cases and return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and item must be returned in original condition within 14 days of label sent. If there is an error on our part in packing your order, or you receive a defective product, please reach out to Mari via our contact form! All other items are final sale.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes but orders have to go through Etsy.

How long does shipping take?
